Spiced Chicken and Vegetable Biryani

Steps

1. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the onions until translucent. 2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned. 3. Stir in the spices and cook for a minute to release their flavors. 4. Add the carrots, potatoes, and rice. Mix well. 5. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Let it simmer until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender. 6. Fluff the biryani with a fork, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot.
