3. Add chicken slices and season lightly with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the pan; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Pour the soy glaze over the chicken and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds if using, and serve hot.
