1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the glaze. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Add bell peppers and snap peas to the pan, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Pour the soy glaze over the chicken and vegetables, stir well to coat everything evenly. 6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 7. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
