Simple Yogurt and Cheese Flatbread

A quick and budget-friendly flatbread using basic dough topped with yogurt, cheese slices, and a tangy bite from sour cucumbers. Perfect for a family meal with minimal ingredients.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Roll out the dough into a thin circle or rectangle on a baking tray. 3. Spread the yogurt evenly over the dough. 4. Tear the cheese slice into pieces and distribute on top. 5. Add dollops of sour cream, then scatter the sliced sour cucumbers over everything. 6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and biber over the flatbread. 7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted. 8. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
