Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Hollow out the bread roll, leaving a thick enough wall to hold the soup. 3. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until softened. 4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become tender. 5. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. 7. Pour the creamy mushroom soup into the hollowed bread roll. 8.
