Polish Pork and Tomato Toast

A delightful Polish-inspired dish featuring savory pork topped with fresh tomatoes on a buttery bread base. Perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal!

Steps

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt. 2. Season the pork slices with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. 3. Cook the pork for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 4. While the pork cooks, toast the slice of bread in a toaster or on another pan until golden. 5. Once the pork is done, remove it from the skillet and let it rest. 6. In the same skillet, quickly sauté the tomato slices for about 1-2 minutes just to warm them up. 7. Assemble the dish by spreading the sautéed tomatoes over the toasted bread, then layering the cooked pork on top. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
