Pesto and Sundried Tomato Penne

This delicious pasta dish is fresh and satisfying, with the savoury bas of sundried tomatoes combined with the herbal zing of pesto. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Steps

1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, and add the penne. Cook according to instructions. 2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the sundried tomato and fry for a few minutes. 3. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add to the saucepan. 4. Stir in the pesto, and season with a pinch of salt. 5. Serve and enjoy!
