Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, heavy cream, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and egg until smooth.
3. Place the mini pie crust in a small oven-safe dish or pie tin.
