Passion Pork Rice Bowl

Steps

1. In a medium bowl, marinate the pork with the fish sauce, sugar, 1 tablespoon of the lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of the oil. Set aside. 2. Heat the remaining oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the garlic and onions, cooking until fragrant and starting to brown. 3. Add the pork and marinade to the pan and cook until the pork is cooked through, about 3 minutes. 4. Divide the cooked rice into a bowl and top with the cooked pork and onions. 5. Finish the dish with a sprinkle of fresh mint, cilantro, shallots and a squeeze of the remaining lime juice.
