1. Cut the pork in cubes and put on 4 skewers. 2. Mince the garlic, and cut the onion, bell pepper into squares. 3. Preheat the grill. 4. Mix the olive oil to the pork, onion, bell pepper and garlic. 5. Skewer the ingredients on the sticks and cover with the soy sauce and ginger. 6. Grill for 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked. 7. Squeeze the lemon juice on top when serving.
