Paneer Tikka Masala

A flavorful and aromatic Indian dish made with paneer, red onions, capsicum, and tomatoes, cooked in a rich and creamy tomato-based sauce.

Steps

1. Cut the paneer, red onion, capsicum, and tomatoes into cubes. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chili powder, and salt. 3. Marinate the paneer, onion, capsicum, and tomatoes in the yogurt mixture for 30 minutes. 4. Skewer the marinated vegetables and paneer. 5. Grill or bake until slightly charred. 6. In a pan, heat some oil, add the remaining marinade, and cook until the oil separates. 7. Add the grilled paneer and vegetables, stir well, and simmer for a few minutes. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
