Pan-Seared Cod with Lemon Garlic Butter

A simple yet flavorful pan-seared cod dish featuring a zesty lemon garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a light and healthy main course.

Steps

1. Pat the cod fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Place the cod in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 4. Remove cod from skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. 6. Cook garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned. 7. Add lemon juice and stir to combine. 8. Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the cod. 9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
