Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Place the nuts and flour in a food processor and pulse until the nuts are finely chopped. 3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 4. Dip the chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat it with the nut mixture, pressing gently to adhere. 5. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. 6. Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. 9. Serve the nut-crusted chicken with your choice of side dishes.
