Mushroom Masala Sabji

A flavorful Indian-style mushroom curry cooked with a blend of aromatic spices and tomatoes, perfect as a side dish or with roti or rice.

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili; cook for 1 minute. 4. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the masala. 5. Add turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 6. Add sliced mushrooms and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms are tender. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
