Mixed Berry & Mascarpone Parfait

Layers of fresh mixed berries paired with light mascarpone cream and topped with crunchy crushed almonds. A refreshing and healthy way to end the dinner.

Steps

1. Wash and gently pat dry the mixed berries. 2. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy. 3. In a serving glass, start with a layer of mixed berries. 4. Add a layer of the mascarpone cream over the berries. 5. Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a layer of berries on top. 6. Sprinkle crushed almonds over the top layer for a crunchy texture. 7. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
