Steps
1. In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract, then stir well until you get a smooth batter.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
4. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Start checking at 1 min 30 sec by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
5. Let the cookie cake cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
