Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
