Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the fruit jelly and soy sauce until well combined.
3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
5. Sear the chicken for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Pour the jelly mixture over the chicken.
7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
