Steps

1. Finely chop onions, potatoes, and cucumbers. 2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the onions and potatoes for 5 minutes. 3. Cut the bread into small cubes and add it to the pan with the cucumbers and fry for 2 minutes. 4. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. 5. Add the egg mixture to the pan and scramble until cooked through. 6. Serve and enjoy!
