Steps

1. Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy. 4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 5. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. 6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon in the last minute of cooking, spooning it over the fillet. 7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired. 8. Serve immediately.
