1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a paste. 3. Rub the herb paste all over the rabbit leg, ensuring it is well-coated. 4. In a baking dish, arrange the sliced carrot and diced potato as a bed for the rabbit. 5.
