Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the turkey breast. 3. Place the turkey on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). 4. While the turkey is roasting, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. 5. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add minced garlic, butter, milk, and salt, then mash until smooth and creamy. 6. Once the turkey is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 7. Serve the turkey slices with garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
