Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add carrots and mushrooms; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add zucchini and tomato, stir well.
6. Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
