Hearty Beef and Vegetable Potato Cakes

These savory potato cakes combine tender beef, carrots, and potatoes, lightly bound with flour for a crispy outside and soft inside. Perfect as a comforting single-serving meal.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the grated potato, carrot, chopped onion, and minced garlic. 2. Add the ground beef to the vegetable mixture and mix well. 3. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined. 4. Shape the mixture into a thick patty. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 6. Cook the patty for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. 7. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving.
