Steps

1. Cook the whole wheat ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add diced bell pepper and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. 4. Drain the ravioli and gently toss them in the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. 5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
