Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Wash chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. 3. Distribute carrots and potatoes on baking sheet around chicken. 4. Bake in oven for 25 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, cook rice in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of water and salt to taste. 6. When chicken, carrots, and potatoes are done, remove from oven. 7. Serve chicken on a bed of cooked white rice and top with mayonnaise. 8. Enjoy!
