Thai Basil Beef Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sliced chili, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until just browned. 4. Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Stir in light soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. 6. Add fresh Thai basil leaves and cook for another minute until wilted. 7. Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally over steamed brown rice.
