Steps
1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Toss the beef slices with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
4. While beef is cooking, slice avocado and sprinkle with lime juice to prevent browning.
5. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
6. To assemble, place grilled beef slices and avocado on each lettuce leaf.
7. Add chili flakes if desired.
8. Roll the lettuce leaves gently and serve immediately.
