Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, beat the egg, then add honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or extra honey.
