Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
3. Roast broccoli for 15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
4. While broccoli roasts, season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
6. Squeeze lemon juice over cooked chicken and let rest for 2 minutes.
7. Remove broccoli from oven, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it, and toss gently.
8. Plate the chicken alongside the roasted broccoli, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
