1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown. 4. Add the diced potatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the potatoes. 5. Cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender. 6.
