Steps
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk until fully combined.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for about 1 minute until it starts to set.
4. Sprinkle chopped spinach and shredded cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.
5. Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
