Steps

1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Slowly add water and knead until a smooth dough forms. 2. Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 15 minutes. 3. Roll out each ball into a thin circle, then spread ghee on top. 4. Roll the circle into a log, then coil it into a round dough ball. 5. Flatten the ball and roll it out into a thin disc. 6. Cook the paratha on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides. 7. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite curry!
