Place the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs each in separate shallow bowls. 4. Dredge each cutlet first in flour, shaking off excess. 5. Dip the cutlet into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. 6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. 7.
