Creamy Potato Puree with Milk and Butter

A smooth and velvety potato puree made using Thermomix 7, combining the richness of butter and the creaminess of milk for a comforting side dish.

Steps

1. Place the peeled and quartered potatoes into the Thermomix bowl. 2. Cover the potatoes with water until just submerged. 3. Cook at 100°C on speed 2 for 20 minutes. 4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the bowl. 5. Add the butter and milk. 6. Blend for 30 seconds on speed 4, gradually increasing speed to 6 until the puree is smooth and creamy. 7. Season with salt and white pepper to taste. 8. Serve warm as a side dish.
