Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through, then remove from pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
7. Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the creamy sauce.
8. Cook together for another 2 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
