1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. 3. Add minced garlic and diced chicken, cooking until chicken is browned and cooked through. 4. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted. 5.
