Steps

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 3. Lower the heat and add cream and milk to the pan. Stir well, then add the grated cheddar cheese. 4. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy. 5. Add oregano and chopped parsley, stir to combine. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat. 7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm garnished with extra parsley if desired.
