Steps
1. Marinate beef strips in brewed coffee, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic for 15 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Remove vegetables from pan and set aside.
5. Add marinated beef to the pan, cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
6. Return vegetables to the pan, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
