Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk the egg with Clovita Classic rum, vegetable oil, and milk.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until combined.
5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let cool before serving. Optionally, drizzle with a rum glaze for extra flavor.
