Steps
1. Marinate the chicken thigh in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then dredge thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
5. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels before serving.
