Cheesy Chicken & Tomato Wrap with Egg

This delicious wrap combines tender chicken, fresh tomatoes, and creamy cheese, all enveloped in a soft tortilla and topped with a perfectly cooked egg. It's a satisfying meal perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Steps

1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. 2. Add the diced tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. 3. Push the tomatoes to one side of the skillet and crack the egg into the other side. Cook to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up or scrambled). 4. While the egg is cooking, add the shredded chicken to the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through. 5. Place the tortilla on a plate and layer the chicken and tomato mixture in the center. 6. Top with grated cheese and the cooked egg. 7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly. 8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
