1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. 2. Add the Ceylon cinnamon sticks (or ground cinnamon) to the boiling water. 3. If using loose black tea, add it to the water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. If not, skip this step. 4. Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup. 5.
