Beer-Braised Chicken Thighs

Steps

1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Sear it in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. 3. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent. 4. Pour in the beer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. 5. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 6. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
