Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
2. Once they start to splutter, add chopped onions, garlic, and green chili. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Add turmeric powder and salt, then stir in the chopped banana flower.
4. Cook the banana flower for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until soft.
5. Add the whole wheat bread cubes to the pan and mix well, allowing the bread to absorb flavors and crisp slightly.
6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring gently.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm.
