Banana Chocolate Cupcakes

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners. 2. In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork until almost smooth. Add melted butter, egg, and milk. Stir until all ingredients are combined. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add sugar to the dry ingredients and mix. 4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth. 5. Fill muffin tin 3/4 full and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 6. Meanwhile, make the frosting. Heat butter, milk and chocolate over low heat and stir until melted. 7. Remove from heat and add confectioners' sugar. Beat until well combined and thick. 8. Let cupcakes cool completely and spread frosting on top. Enjoy!
