Steps
1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, minced garlic, paprika, baking soda, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Shape the mixture into small finger-sized sausages (about 8 pieces).
4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
5. Grill the ćevapi for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and nicely charred.
6. Warm the flatbread if using.
7. Serve the ćevapi on the flatbread, topped with ajvar and chopped onions.
