Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Peel and chop 1/4 of the mango into small pieces for the glaze. 3. In a small bowl, combine chopped mango, chili flakes, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Mix well. 4. Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Brush the mango chili glaze generously over the salmon. 6. Trim the asparagus ends and toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 7. Arrange asparagus alongside the salmon on the baking sheet. 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender. 9. Slice the remaining mango into thin strips for garnish. 10. Serve the baked salmon topped with mango strips and the roasted asparagus on the side.
