Steps

1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cut the top off the bell pepper and remove seeds and membranes. 3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced onion and garlic until fragrant. 4. Add ground beef, cook until browned. 5. Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 minutes. 6. Stuff the bell pepper with the beef mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. 7. Place the stuffed pepper in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until the pepper is tender and cheese is melted. 8. Serve hot and enjoy.
