Steps

1. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add chili powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until fragrant. 4. Place one tortilla on a plate and sprinkle with cheese. 5. Top with onion mixture. 6. Place the second tortilla on top. 7. Heat the same skillet and cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side. 8. Serve and enjoy!
